Recruitment Questions

You will be met by one of our friendly team as you walk in and invited into one of our meeting rooms. We want you to feel as relaxed as possible and really be able to talk to us about you. We will go through your resume, asking for you to elaborate on experiences and skills. We will then look at what you are looking for, workplace cultures you thrive in and what are your "must haves" for the role. We approach the conversation openly and honestly and would expect the same from you. We will also go through your resume with you and provide any advice or feedback on this if needed. We will also cover your salary expectations and provide market intel on this.

You will be asked to bring photo ID.

We will send you an online registration form, please complete this prior to the interview. Please also think about where you are at in your career and what you would like out of the conversation with Majer.

We will be very honest and transparent with you. If we have suitable vacancies available for you, we will then talk about these directly. If we do not have any immediate roles then we would love to stay in touch and will ask you to stay in touch with us as well!

We are located within Business Depot, 27 James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. While there is no parking onsite, there is lots of street parking around.
